I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher of the Usui System of Reiki Healing. For many years, I held a position which I enjoyed, but had a nagging feeling that it wasn’t what I was meant to do. I believed my calling was a service that would benefit both people and animals. It was this constant feeling and seeking that led me to Reiki. Once I began my Reiki training, I knew immediately that I was where I belonged. I am extremely proud to have been trained in the traditional manner of Reiki, maintaining close ties to its’ origins, and honoring the Reiki lineage. I am a firm believer in a whole body approach to wellness; one that encompasses body, mind, and spirit. In keeping with that approach, a Reiki session with me is intuitively guided and tailored to each individual client. I hold Reiki Level I and II certifications, as well as 3 Master certifications.

In addition to providing services for people, I hold a special certification in Animal Reiki. I have conducted sessions for horses, dogs, and cats.

Reiki results can sometimes be immediate and dramatic, while others are more subtle. While we can never predict the exact outcome of a session, you can be assured they are always positive and for the highest good.

As an Essential Oil Consultant, I educate people on the use of Essential Oils for therapeutic benefits, thereby empowering them to take an active role their own health and wellness. Used properly, Essential Oils are a pure, safe, and effective natural solution for a myriad of issues - be they physical, emotional, or stress related - and are less expensive than traditional remedies. I use only the highest therapeutic grade of Essential Oils, which have been through multiple levels of 3rd party testing to ensure their quality and purity. I am happy to consult 1:1 on essential oil use as well as host workshops on the use of essential oils.
